नीबू अदरक, लौंग, दालचीनी, लौंग डालकर चाय बनाकर पीयें

दिन में गोमूत्र से सारे शरीर में मालिश करें

सर्पगंधा, धनिया, कालीमिर्च, एवम मिश्री मिलाकर रात को  सोते समय ताजे पानी के  साथ लें

सरसों के तेल और नारियल के तेल से शरीर की मालिश करें

गाय की घी से सारे शरीर की मालिश करें

दूध में इलाइची डालकर पीयें

Add lemon ginger, cloves, cinnamon, cloves and make tea and drink it.

Massage all over the body with cow urine during the day.

Mix sarpagandha, coriander, black pepper, and sugar candy and take it with fresh water at bedtime.

Massage the body with mustard oil and coconut oil.

Massage the entire body with cow's ghee.


Add cardamom to the milk and drink it.
