नीबू अदरक, लौंग, दालचीनी, लौंग डालकर चाय बनाकर पीयें।
दिन में गोमूत्र से सारे शरीर में मालिश करें।
सर्पगंधा, धनिया, कालीमिर्च, एवम मिश्री मिलाकर रात को सोते समय ताजे पानी के साथ लें।
सरसों के तेल और नारियल के तेल से शरीर की मालिश करें।
गाय की घी से सारे शरीर की मालिश करें।
दूध में इलाइची डालकर पीयें ।
