थकान आलस्य -Fatigue laziness
मन का किसी काम में न लगना, शरीर में सुस्ती, मन का बुझा बुझा रहना, शारीरिक श्रम की इच्छा न करना प्रत्येक समय आलस्य लगना आदि लक्षण थकान में दिखाई देता है।
5 -7 खजूर को आधा कप पानी में रात भर भिंगों दें । शुबह अच्छी तरह मसलकर पानी में मिला दें । इस पानी को पी जाएँ। इसके नियमित सेवन करने से थकान से छुटकारा मिल जाता है ।
अगर अस्थायी थकान हो तो शलजम को पानी में उबालकर उस पानी से पैरों को धो लें । थकान मिट जाएगी ।
5 ग्राम मुलहटी का चूर्ण , आधा चमच घी और डेढ़ चमच शहद मिलाकर चाटने से और मिश्री मिला हुआ दूध पीने से थकान दूर हो जाती है ।

Symptoms are seen in fatigue due to lack of mind in any work, lethargy in the body, extinguishing of mind, lack of desire for physical labor.
Soak 5 -7 dates in half a cup of water overnight. Crush well and mix it in water. Drink this water. Regular intake of it relieves fatigue.
If there is temporary fatigue, boil turnip in water and wash the feet with that water. Fatigue will disappear.
Mixing 5 grams of powder of radish, half a teaspoon of ghee and one and a half spoon of honey and licking it and drinking sugar mixed milk is useful to relieve fatigue.
