सर दर्द , चक्कर आना कारण और निवारण -Headache, dizziness causes and prevention
अत्यधिक सर्दी और गर्मी के कारण सर दर्द , चक्कर आता है ।
सर्दी के कारण सर दर्द होने पर हींग को गरम जल में घोलकर मस्तक पर लेप करने से काफी आराम होता है ।
यदि औषधि लेने के बाद भी सर दर्द हो तो चमेली के तेल की मालिस दो बार करने से काफी आराम होता है । इससे अनेक प्रकार की मानसिक रोग भी ठीक हो जाता है ↿
दालचीनी को पीसकर मस्तक पर लेप करने से सर दर्द आराम मिलता है ।
एक कप पानी में इलाइची का चूर्ण डालकर पिने से सर दर्द रुक जाता है।
चन्दन और दालचीनी पीसकर लेप करने से सिरदर्द ठीक जाता है।
अनार में आधा नीबू निचोड़कर पीने से काफी राहत मिलती है ।
गरम पानी में नीबू निचोड़कर पी जाएँ राहत मिलेगी ।
मस्तक पर चन्दन और हल्दी का लेप लगाने से चक्कर आना बंद हो जाता है ।
अदरक के रस में हींग या सेंघा नमक मिलाकर मालिस करने से सर दर्द तथा बदन दर्द में राहत मिलती है।
एक कप दूध में इलाइची मिलाकर पीने से सर दर्द में राहत मिलती है।
