मनुष्य का जीवन पंचभूत शरीर यानि जल ,पृथ्वी, वायु,अग्नि और आकाश से बना है उसका अनियमित रहन सहन , प्रदूषित खान पान के कारण मानसिक और शारीरक रूप से बीमार हो चूका और कई प्रकार के बिमारियों से ग्रस्त है हमें जरुरत है स्वस्थ जीवन शैली प्रकृति से तारतम्य , योग और और अध्यात्म को अपने जीवन में उतारें । आज मनुष्य प्रकृति से दूर होता जा रहा है । अनियमित जीवन शैली प्रदूषित खान पान के कारण प्रत्येक दस में से आठ व्यक्ति किसी न किसी प्रकार से मानसिक या शारीरिक रूप से बीमार है ।आज हास्पीटल और डाक्टरों की संख्या काफी हद तक बढ़ी है फिर भी हॉस्पिटल में भीड़ बरकार है । आज हम विभिन्न प्रकार के रोग एवं उसके उपचार के बारे में जानेगें ।
