नीबू पानी का प्रयोग प्रतिदिन करें।

एक ग्लास गर्म पानी में दो  चमच  शहद मिलाकर दो महीने तक लगातार पीने से  काफी फायदा होता है।

जौ का पानी आधा लीटर प्रतिदिन  पीएं ।

मूली  का रस एवम सेंघा  नमक का सेवन करें।

शहद  एवम  पीसी सोंठ मिलाकर सेवन करें ।

मेथी पॉउडर पानी के साथ लें
