दाँत में कीड़े लगना इनको नष्ट करना -Tooth decay
दांतों में नियमित सफाई में लापरवाही के कारण ही मुख्य रूप से दांतों में कीड़े लग जाते है। भोजन के बाद अगर ढंग से कुल्ला न किया जाये तो अन्न के कण दांतों में फसें रह जाते है जिनमें सड़न पैदा होकर कीड़ों को जन्म देते है। जिसके कारण पाचन तंत्र और लिवर भी प्रभावित होगा और पीलिया रोग तक हो सकता है।
दांत में कीड़े लगने के कारण दांत आंशिक रूप से टूट टूट कर गिरने लगते है। दांतों में दर्द, मसूढ़ों में मवाद आने लगते है।
पीपल की ताजी जटा लेकर इससे दातुन के रूप प्रयोग करने से दाँत के कीड़े नष्ट जातें है।
सेंघा नमक ,काली मिर्च पाउडर तथा तम्बाकू की पत्तियों इन सबको पीसकर चूर्ण बना लें। इन मिश्रण को सरसों के तेल में मिलाकर लगाएं ।
लौकी का 5० ग्राम तथा लहसुन 1० ग्राम दोनों पीसकर 1 लीटर पानी में उबालें , जब पानी आधा रह जाय तो इस पानी से दिन में तीन चार बार कुल्ला करें , दाँत के कीड़े मरकर बाहर निकल जायेंगे ।
अमरुद के पत्ते , लौंग तथा अजवायन को पानी में उबालकर कुल्ला करें , दाँत के कीड़े मरकर बाहर निकल जायेंगे ।
थोड़ी सी लौंग पीसकर उसमें नीबू निचोड़कर दाँत पर मलें , दाँत में लगे कीड़े मरकर बहार आ जायेंगे ।

Using fresh form of peepal, using it as Datun, destroys tooth worms.
Make a powder by grinding sengha salt, black pepper powder and tobacco leaves. Mix these mixture in mustard oil and apply.
Boil 50 grams of gourd and 10 grams of garlic in 1 liter of water, when the water remains half, then rinse it three to four times a day, tooth worms will come out after dying.
Boil guava leaves, cloves and parsley in water and rinse them, tooth worms will die.
Grind a little clove and squeeze lemon in it and rub it on the teeth, the worms in the teeth will die and come out.
