नाक में कीड़े पड़ना- Nose worms
गाजर तथा पालक का रस 250 -250 ग्राम मिलकर पीने से नाक के कीड़े मर जातें है ।
एक ग्लास में 10 -15 ग्राम तारपीन का तेल डालकर शुबह शाम नाक में छीटें देकर धोएं ।
इससे नाक के कीड़े मरकर बाहर आ जातें है ।
नाक में सुद्ध देसी घी डालने से काफी आराम मिलता है ।

Nasal worms are killed by drinking 250-250 grams of carrot and spinach juice.
